Step1
In a mixing bowl combine the first 6 ingredients and blend 2 minutes on low speed with a hand mixer.
Step2
Add mayonnaise and blend 1/2 a minute on low speed, then increase speed to medium and blend for an additional 2 minutes.
Step3
Slowly add bleu cheese and blend at low speed. No longer than 4 minutes. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
